What you'll be doing

• Write, test, and debug COBOL code to support and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimisations
• Participate in the design and development of new features and functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to the development of coding standards, best practices, and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest COBOL technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a COBOL Developer, with a strong understanding of COBOL syntax and language principles
