The Procurement Specialist is responsible for understanding, communicating, and implementing sourcing strategies at the local level, including new or changing items/services, P2P channel management, and new supplier onboarding. The role involves gathering data and business requirements, conveying local needs to Business Partners and Sourcing teams, and collaborating with Above Market Category teams to develop strategies. The specialist will liaise with NiM stakeholders focusing on functions, plant operations, production, and Co-Man sites within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide the Local Business Partner with information and requirements gathered from daily business activities and report regularly.
2. Understand and analyze business needs within the assigned scope for functional and plant-level requirements.
3. Perform data retrieval, analysis, and mapping of ordering processes and channels, identifying areas for improvement.
4. Engage with local suppliers for development or switching activities as directed by category and sourcing teams.
5. Collaborate with HOP and Business partners to incorporate sourcing plans into local budgets and pricing strategies.
6. Work with category and sourcing teams to integrate innovation, renovation, and cost improvements from suppliers into functional and site processes, ensuring compliance with Nestlé's Supplier Code and audit requirements.
7. Support the Procurement Ensure Supply process, including risk analysis and supplier management.

• Experience leading projects successfully.
• Strong skills in risk management, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Effective negotiation skills within cross-functional and cross-market teams.
