Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing & Material Pricing Analyst to join the Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in improving material cost-efficiency, pricing, supplier performance, and driving localization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Lead sourcing projects including localization, volume purchasing, and supplier consolidation
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to identify alternative materials and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers
• Maintain accurate vendor pricing in ERP system (ISAH)
• Support buyers with pricing data and resolve pricing queries from Sales
• Monitor pricing KPIs and report raw material cost trends
• Analyze demand and recommend stocking strategies
• Identify cost-effective logistics options and lead time improvement opportunities
• Communicate demand changes that may impact material costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and material analysis in a manufacturing MNC
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills
• Knowledge of raw materials and quality control principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience required (ISAH is an advantage)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong work ethic, proactive, and able to work independently
