Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented airline customer service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers in Traditional Chinese and General English. You will assist customers in answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. This position is a permanent night shift job, and candidates with experience in the tourism and hospitality industry are preferred.

Night Shift - December Intake

Working Hours: 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM

Shift Duration: 9 hours and 30 minutes, including 1 hour for meals and 30 minutes for a break.

Offer excellent customer service via inbound call, email, and Live Chat in Traditional Chinese and Average English.

Assist customers in answering inquiries, resolving problems, and addressing service-related issues.

Manage and resolve issues, including flight bookings, ticket inquiries, and other travel-related problems.

Process bookings and support tasks related to airline programs and product-related information.

Process transactions and ensure the accuracy and detail of data entry.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer concerns.

Always maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills.

SPM holders and above, with one year of customer service experience, and recent graduates are also welcome.

Fluent in Traditional Chinese and English (written, spoken, and reading).

Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer requests.

Able to work night shifts.

Capable to handle multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
