IT Network System Engineer (Petaling Jaya)
Zusammenfassung
A technology services company in Selangor seeks an IT Network System Engineer to ensure the availability of network services and provide daily IT support. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in IT, possess strong skills in Windows Server technologies, and be fluent in Mandarin. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, setting up system server hardware, and troubleshooting issues. This role requires initiative and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while working in shifts on a four-day workweek.
Qualifikationen
- Must have a Diploma or Degree in IT (or any directly related field).
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin fluently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Aufgaben
- Ensure availability of network and all services at all times.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Setup, support and maintain system server hardware.

- To ensure availability of network and all service of office and product at all time
- Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoots issues
- Setup, support and maintain system server hardware and infrastructure
- Installation, troubleshoot and configure third party software
- Maintain security , backup and redundancy strategies
- Provide daily IT support to all staff
- Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
- All public holidays
- 4 workings days a week
- Shift rotation required- able to work night shift
