A technology services company in Selangor seeks an IT Network System Engineer to ensure the availability of network services and provide daily IT support. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in IT, possess strong skills in Windows Server technologies, and be fluent in Mandarin. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, setting up system server hardware, and troubleshooting issues. This role requires initiative and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while working in shifts on a four-day workweek.

Installation, troubleshoot and configure third party software
Maintain security , backup and redundancy strategies
Provide daily IT support to all staff
Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
