Job description
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, PROJECTS & AREA OPERATIONS (JOHOR BAHRU)

Preferred MALE candidates to do night shift work.

This job will require shift work (Day & Night Shift on a rotation basis).

DUTIES & REPRONSIBILITIES

  • To execute cleaning projects especially ad-hoc requests for cleaning services from customers.
  • To monitor and supervise cleaning staff at assigned cleaner work locations through the allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying attention to productivity and quality control.
  • To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials and equipment for assigned projects.
  • To upkeep the necessary maintenance and servicing records / forms of cleaning equipment in accordance with set procedures.
  • To carry out stock checks, replenishment of equipment and materials as required.
  • To arrange / carry out the induction and on-the-job (OJT) training of cleaning staff in accordance with relevant health and safety practices.
  • To undertake in conjunction with the Operations Manager, recruitment of cleaning staff on a project-basis.
  • To prepare monthly reports and work schedules in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction and administer all required paperwork for each project.
  • To carry out heavy cleaning tasks if required, which may involve working outside normal working hours.
  • Be responsible for creating a full set of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for cleaning operations as and when needed.
  • To ensure zero accidents / incidents at the workplace by promoting and maintaining high safety standards and practices amongst cleaning staff.
  • To implement, maintain & comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
  • To travel outstation for project assignments as and when required.

Willing and able to travel for regional assignments as needed.
