Concentrix is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role: Customer Service (English). Experience Required: Prior experience handling a travel account. Location: NU Tower 2, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Intake: 19 January 2026.
