• Assisting in the management of daily route to market operations and monitoring driver performance.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of fleet utilization and route planning, collaborating closely with management to enhance route optimization strategies.
• Participating in the prioritization and planning of local fleet daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to enhance existing software solutions utilized across operational touchpoints, from Ninja Van Operator to Ninja Driver applications.
