Warehouse Supervisor (Cross-Dock Operations)

Operations Management: Direct daily cross-dock activities, including the receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch of goods to ensure rapid throughput and minimal handling.

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead warehouse staff (including contract personnel), managing performance, scheduling, and workflow to meet operational targets.

Inventory & Space Control: Oversee inventory accuracy and manage floor space effectively for optimal sorting and staging of loose cartons.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Ensure safe operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs.

Documentation & Reporting: Manage all warehouse documentation (e.g., GRNs, shipping manifests). Use Microsoft Excel to accurately update and report daily inbound/outbound movements.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse supervision, specifically within fast-paced cross-dock or sortation operations.

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, sorting, space management, and dispatch.

Valid certification and proven ability to operate and supervise the use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), such as forklifts.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel) for daily logging and reporting.

Must be willing to work night shifts on a rotational basis (6 days work), physically fit to work in a demanding night-shift environment.

Must be willing to work in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam.
