- Act as IT helpdesk administrator, delivering support.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment and user accounts.
- Work with management on IT improvements.
We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of IT operations within the company.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure across the company.
- Provide timely technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and other office systems.
- Organize and manage IT assets, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network devices, and user accounts.
- Maintain IT equipment for office use and ensure proper security and performance of systems.
- Act as the IT helpdesk / IT administrator, delivering effective support and issue resolution.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, security settings, etc.).
- Work closely with management to identify, resolve, and plan for IT improvements and future developments.
- Basic Salary = RM 4,100 ~ RM 4,600
- Fixed Car Allowance = RM 500 (upon joining, during probation period)
- Fixed Increment of RM 700 after probation
- Monthly Incentive System (After Probation)
- Annual Leave : 14 Days (pro-rated based on joining date)
