Job summary
A prominent recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee the operations of its IT Department. You will be responsible for aligning IT strategies with business goals, leading the team, and ensuring effective IT policies and procedures are implemented. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields with at least 8 years of managerial experience. A strong command of various IT tools such as SAP S4 HANA and MS Office is essential for this role.

- Serves information processing by planning, organizing, evaluating IT operations and managing staff effectively.
- Lead the team to make use of IT as strategic tool to support and educate end user department.

- Ensure smooth and proper development and implementation of processes to ensure quality of the deliverables.
- Improve IT Infrastructure (Enterprise Servers, Network capacity and Security) based on business requirement.
- Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- To define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Working with groups within IT infrastructure and IT applications in resolving problem issues.
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or related working experience.

- Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.

- Minimum 8 years related working experience in the managerial level.
- Technical skills required: SAP S4 HANA, MS office Tools, Power BI, MSSQL server for database, HCL email, forms and workflow Lotus Notes, .Net, VMWare environment, forefront of digital transformation.
