A logistics solutions provider is seeking an experienced Air & Sea Freight Solution Specialist to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions. Responsibilities include leading air and sea freight solution development, analyzing client needs, and negotiating competitive rates. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in logistics, strong negotiation skills, and a degree in a related field. Proficiency in English and Malay is required, Mandarin is a plus. This position is based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia with a salary of up to RM15,000.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in air and sea freight forwarding or global logistics.
- Strong understanding of global trade, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and freight compliance.
- Established network with carriers, co-loaders, and global agents.
- Proficiency in English & Malay; Mandarin is added as advantage.

The Air & Sea Freight Solution Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end logistics solutions for clients by offering professional consultation, competitive rates, and effective coordination for air and sea freight shipments. This role needs independency to complete the entire process of air, sea and land import and export operations.
- Lead the development of customized air and sea freight solutions for strategic customers and complex shipments.
- Analyze client requirements, global trade lanes, transit time, and cost efficiency to propose optimized shipping plans.
- Provide strategic consultation on routing, carrier selection, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
- Drive pricing strategy and negotiate competitive rates with airlines, shipping lines and global partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and agents to secure capacity during peak seasons.
- Evaluate market movements, rate trends, and competitor pricing to support business decisions.
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of critical shipments, including charters, DG cargo, and time‑sensitive cargo.
- Ensure proper execution of SOPs, documentation accuracy, and compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor service quality and collaborate with operations to drive continuous service improvement.
- Receive orders, and arrange booking, trucking, customs declaration, transportation, cargo tracking.
- Assist in making air and sea documents and other related documents, CCNHUB system.
- Accounts receivable and payable organization and entry, remittance follow‑up, etc.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in air and sea freight forwarding or global logistics.
- Strong understanding of global trade, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and freight compliance.
- Established network with carriers, co‑loaders, and global agents.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to manage high‑pressure situations and urgent cases.
- Proficiency in English & Malay; Mandarin is added as advantage.
