A local sales company in Ipoh is seeking candidates to manage customer relations and drive sales. Responsibilities include addressing customer enquiries, achieving sales targets, and aiding in marketing initiatives. Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Marketing and speak Malay, Chinese, and English. Fresh graduates are welcome, and willingness to work weekends is essential. To attend to customers’ enquiries and complaint and assist them in relation to any pre and post sales matters.
To achieve sales targets and ensure that sales activities are aligned with company business strategies.
To monitor and track sales process to close deal and also manage the overall sales administrations.
To assist in marketing activities to attract more sales
Handing over of vacant possession and focus on customer relationship management
To maintain proper filing systems to ensure traceability of documents.
To be based in Ipoh.
