Seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our dynamic team at Uptrend Capital Sdn. Bhd. as a Team Manager/Sales Manager. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, offering a competitive (Monthly RM 20 000)basic salary plus commissions.

What you’ll be doing

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth

Provide coaching, training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and cross‑functional alignment

Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key clients and partners

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the financial services or a related industry
