We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about copywriting, storytelling and email marketing. This role is critical in driving Excel Academy’s course registrations through high-converting email campaigns, persuasive content and creative digital storytelling.

- Plan, write and execute high‑converting email campaigns for public workshops, corporate training programmes, promotions, launches and follow‑ups.
- Create compelling subject lines and email body copy.
- Manage email subscriber lists, segmentation and scheduling.
- Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve content based on data.
- Write persuasive copy for website pages, landing pages, blogs, social media captions, ads and promotional posts.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Update and manage the company website (WordPress).
- Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility.
- Maintain and update event listings on the website, Facebook, Eventbrite and other platforms.
- Assist in planning integrated digital campaigns.
- Assist in creating marketing visuals and short videos for ads and campaigns.
- Respond professionally to enquiries from email, website and social media platforms.
- Prepare weekly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyse results and suggest improvements for email and content campaigns.
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business or related fields.
- Excellent written English — strong grammar, clarity and persuasion skills.
- Proven interest in copywriting and email marketing.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Familiar with email marketing tools, social media platforms and digital content workflows.
- Creative mindset with basic graphic design or video editing skills as an advantage.
- Junior Executive / Fresh Graduates with strong writing samples are encouraged to apply.
