  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance to increase follower engagement and reach.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the Jom! Look website.
  • Create compelling and informative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media updates, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using data analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) by assisting with ad creation, targeting, and budget management to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign performance to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Proficient with DSLR camera handling for photography and videography.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and CapCut for design and editing.
  • Experienced in handling printing processes, including preparing print-ready files and liaisingwithvendors.
