A leading marketing and technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop effective business strategies, analyze market trends, and drive service innovation. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in business development and account management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately analyse market trends and needs for development and execution of business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Develop compelling business proposals that not only achieve clients’ business and marketing goals but also provide a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with project teams to drive service innovation, key accounts expansion, and win new businesses.
Mentor and lead existing Account Executive(s), fostering their capabilities in strategic account growth and retention.
Develop strategic partnerships with technology partners and principals to drive referrals and expand the portfolio of business solution.
Work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve high client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with project delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a business development and account management role, with a proven track record of hitting and outperforming targets, preferably in the Digital marketing and technology industry.
A strong understanding and passion for technology and digital solutions used in business marketing.
Excellent adaptability and resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting rapport and network effectively.
Results-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
