Marketing expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2 years of brand management experience, preferably in color cosmetics, beauty, or skincare.

Business acumen: Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness to make data-driven decisions and optimize brand performance.
Leadership skills: Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Creative mindset: A passion for consumer brands, creative thinking, and an eye for detail to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Technical proficiency: Competence in marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to support strategic decision-making.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target markets.
