A property development company in Penang is seeking a Junior / Executive Marketing professional. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, coordinating events, reviewing marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory submissions. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma or degree, and 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are essential. This position offers various employee welfare benefits.
Plan, Propose & Execute Marketing Activities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional initiatives — including product launches, advertising campaigns, events, and brand promotions — to enhance project visibility and strengthen market presence.
Event & Sales Launch Coordination:
Coordinate and support the organization of key marketing events such as sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract prospects, increase engagement, and achieve sales objectives.
Marketing Collaterals & Content Review:
Assist in the preparation, review, and proofreading of marketing materials, advertisements, and media content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with project specifications before publication or launch.
Liaise with creative, digital, advertising, and media agencies to develop and deliver marketing materials aligned with the Company’s brand identity and marketing strategies.
Regulatory Submissions & Compliance:
Prepare, coordinate, and monitor required documentation and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., APDL, Borang 7F, NAPIC) to ensure compliance with all project-related regulatory requirements.
Strategic Input & Marketability Enhancement:
Assist the Head of Department in evaluating the marketability and profitability of ongoing developments and contribute ideas toward marketing strategies for upcoming projects.
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales and marketing, communications, or digital marketing within the Real Estate/Property Development industry.
Proven ability to coordinate marketing activities and events.
Analytical and resourceful with good problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with IFCA or similar property-related software is an added advantage.
