Company Introduction: Over the past 5 years, we have trained over 5000 entrepreneurs from various industries and countries, spending over 5 million in advertising. Currently, the company is in a growth phase and continuously expanding its scale.

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language: Mandarin.
• At least 1 year of experience in Facebook advertising & copywriting/marketing field. (Experience in other online marketing-related roles is acceptable.)
• Strong passion for digital marketing and copywriting.
• Able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle stress.
• Good attitude, likes to help people, and has good moral character.
• Possess excellent communication skills, including with teams and entrepreneurs, strong teamwork and data insight capabilities.
• Prior experience with marketing software/Webinar (e.g., ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnel, WebinarJam, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Able to write copy and have strong digital analytical skills.
• Able to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ad Campaigns. Develop and execute marketing strategies for conversion.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing.
• Create and manage email campaign calendars.
• Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.
• Work with the creative team to develop the campaign’s creative assets that are both engaging and cost-effective.
• Optimize each funnel and marketing process (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
• Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, driving positive ROI and scale.
• Ask questions when not understanding.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
