Job summary

A healthcare institution in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager to support revenue growth by planning marketing activities and fostering business partnerships. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Business or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent command of Mandarin and English is required. This role is critical in promoting hospital services and monitoring revenue performance.

Job Responsible
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (digital and offline) to promote hospital services.
  • Conduct market research to understand patient needs and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, MCOs, TPAs, and partner clinics.
  • Work with internal departments (medical, nursing, finance, billing) to support pricing, promotions, and service packages.
  • Monitor revenue trends and assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, revenue management, or business development (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written). Required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
