Fuji Bakery Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our growing team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art bakery equipment and facilities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and productivity.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to proactively identify and address potential issues
• Oversee the maintenance team, including scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of technicians and engineers
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to coordinate maintenance, repairs and equipment upgrades
• Monitor and analyse maintenance data to identify trends and optimise maintenance strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimise disruptions and maximise equipment uptime

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in engineering, maintenance or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the food manufacturing or processing industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex maintenance challenges
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
