Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands – Cameron Highlands, Pahang

We are seeking a experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands, located in the picturesque Cameron Highlands region of Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across our hotel to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for our guests and employees.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of the maintenance team, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion of all repairs and preventative maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities, identifying and addressing any issues or areas requiring attention

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to proactively maintain the hotel's equipment, systems and infrastructure

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate the resolution of any issues

Manage the maintenance budget and procurement of necessary parts and materials

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team to continuously improve their skills and performance

Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with hotel maintenance and operations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills

Ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools

Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
