Your Mission
To avoid malfunction and other problems with equipment, it is up to the Maintenance Engineer to make sure that equipment is working and not in danger of breaking down.
To perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly. This might include replacing worn parts and checking oil and other fluid levels
Responsible for troubleshooting the problem and assessing whether parts can be repaired or need to be replaced. They would commonly be responsible for ordering and installing replacement parts. Maintenance Engineers must also make any required upgrades or changes to established systems to improve or prolong efficiency.
To assist Head of Plant operation to plan and strategize the operations activities to support the company’s plan to maximize the profitability of the company
In consultation of Head of HR & Admin, implement effective people management for operation team. This includes the personal development, succession planning and retention strategies
To develop alternative production technologies for more cost effective maintenance .
To ensure the maintenance cost for Biodiesel within the approved budget
To evaluate the performance of all Biodiesel production facilities on new initiatives being implemented
To monitor the planning the maintenance schedule and monitor the maintenance activities with the head of maintenance team
Assist Head of Maintenance in implementing and updating the related records for RSPO and ISCC
To supervise the safety procedure in Biodiesel plant with the assistance of Safety Officer
To develop the collaboration with R&D Department on quality matters and process improvement
To manage all the submissions to SD Guthrie and locals authorities and oversea agency as per their request
To evaluate the process performance and plan the improvement including the plant expansion and modifications where necessary
To develop and maintaining close relations with Government authorities such as Ministries, State Governments, Local Authorities and other relevant agencies or bodies, so as to ensure prompt response to problems relating to the Company and its future directions
To abide to any law/obligations / rules and regulations documented by the management and company
To ensure the continuing protection of the Company’s assets, both tangible (such as products, processes and services) and non‑tangibles (such as trademarks, intellectual property, etc.)
To perform any other duties as directed by the Head of company from time to time
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic
3-5 years working experience in Maintenance of Manufacturing Plant preferably in Biodiesel Plant.
Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of plant maintenance systems, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance.
Familiar with maintenance planning tools and software such as SAP.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and cross‑department stakeholders.
Understanding of ISO quality and safety standards, regulatory compliance and environmental requirement
