Launched in Feb 2021, Ninja Mart is Ninja Van’s FMCG-focused logistics unit. We connect brands with retailers in city, suburban, rural regions of Vietnam and Malaysia, unlocking endless possibilities for business expansion in this fast-growing region.

• Operations Supervisor :
• Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbounding/outbounding of stock to vans.
• Check orders, bills, items received, and inventory for accuracy.
• Maintain delivery orders, as well as stock records, relaying relevant information to stakeholders, and preparation of any necessary documentation for disposals and returns to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Able to organize first in first out rotation of stocks.
• Able to sort, handle and coordinate the storage and movement for varying categories of inventory.
• Conduct stock counts.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Central and Operations departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Record and maintain stock movements on Google Sheets.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection.
• Coordinate and maintain fleet and equipment.

• Warehouse Assistant :
• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, e.g. inbounding/outbounding.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operations to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized through regular inspection.

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in FMCG or distribution field is an added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel from various departments.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
