Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement, production scheduling, and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to track shipment status.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist the export team with order processing.
• Handle customs clearance, permits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Attend to the authorized department to submit related documents.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
