As the Operations Manager at DMC CONNECT TRAVEL & TOURS SDN., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inbound travel business. This full-time position, based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, will see you driving operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and meet business objectives
• Managing and coordinating the requested activities
• Identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and driving cost optimization initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Building and leading high-performing teams, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to enhance overall business performance

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the tourism business
