Job summary

A leading food distribution company in Selangor is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the overall performance of the warehouse and inventory functions. The role involves managing warehouse teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a degree in Inventory Management or related fields and a minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with strong leadership skills and knowledge of chilled/frozen logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in logistics/warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
• Strong knowledge of chilled/frozen logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee inbound, storage, order fulfilment, and outbound activities for all product categories.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations for dry, chilled, and frozen areas.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
