A leading silica processing company in Marang is seeking a dedicated individual to drive plant performance and optimize operations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading multi-shift teams. Drive plant performance by monitoring workflow, production processes, equipment, and daily output to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Improve and optimize operations through test work, plant enhancement projects, and effective maintenance planning.
Lead reporting and compliance efforts by preparing operational reports and ensuring all activities meet safety, health, environmental, and company standards.
Coordinate resources and operations including multi-shift teams, logistics, shipping schedules, stockpile management, and material requisitions.
Lead and inspire the team by maintaining discipline, supporting cost control and budgeting, and contributing to plant expansion and R&D initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience in plant/process operations will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with process optimization, equipment maintenance, or quality monitoring is an advantage.
Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g., Ramco, SAP) will be beneficial.
Basic knowledge of process engineering principles and plant operations.
Knowledge of reporting and documentation (daily/weekly/monthly production reports).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify process improvements.
Good communication and teamwork abilities for cross-department coordination.
Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic engineering software.
Strong discipline, integrity, and commitment to company policies.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
