Job summary

A fast-growing food & beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead their team and ensure efficient restaurant operations. The successful candidate will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, possess a valid driving license, and have their own transport. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff, and an understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, including budgeting and customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field needed.
  • Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service preferred.
  • Valid driving license and own transport required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the team as a Team Leader.
  • Manage shifts and conduct staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with legal matters and regulations.

Currently representing a fast growing Food & beverage retail company with over 20+ outlets across Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Restaurant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well
  • Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates

  • Able to make necessary decisions
  • Conduct useful briefing & training to improve the staffs abilities & skills.
  • Fully concern of Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
  • Always concern & care for the Restaurants & Company establishment.
  • Understanding all aspect of restaurant operations in term of products, human resource, costing, budget, customers, market and strategy.
  • Understanding the Company Goals & Directions, align the team with restaurant target to achieve the goals.
Job Requirements
  • Min 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
Working Hours

6 days, off day on weekdays, shift basis.
Shift Hours: 10.00AM - 7.00PM / 1.00PM - 10.00PM (9 hours with 1 hour break)
Note: Off days not applicable for Friday - Sunday, Able to work on Public Holidays (No Double Pay / OT,as its included in Basic Salary)
