A technology services company in Gelang Patah is looking for an HR & Admin Executive. This role encompasses the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in HR, a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, training coordination, and general office administration.
In the beginning stage of a start-up environment, this role plays a critical part in building the company’s foundation — attracting and retaining talent, setting up HR processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations in compliance with Malaysian labor regulations.
