A jewelry inventory management company in Johor Bahru is looking for an inventory coordinator. You will monitor stock levels and assist with order fulfillment while ensuring quality standards are met for the jewelry items. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in the jewelry industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. This position is located in Taman Daya, Johor Bahru.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy. This includes regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
Assisting with order fulfillment and processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of jewelry items
Maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking. This involves coordinating with suppliers and managing reorders
Inspecting jewellery items for quality and ensuring they meet company standards before they are added to inventory
Maintaining detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and returns
Liaising and working closely with vendors/other departments, on sales/stock logistics, to ensure smooth operations
Min SPM or Diploma in any field
Experience specifically in the jewelry industry can be a significant advantage
Detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers and other departments
Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and other related issues
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, given the valuable nature of the inventory
Willing to work in Taman Daya, Johor Bahru
