Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management for OMS customers.
• Provide Vendor Management service by proactively contacting vendors.
• Follow up with vendors for orders approaching their ship date.
• Receive and process vendor booking requests.
• Arrange shipment in response to specific instructions from customers.
• Handle necessary documentation and ensure timely uploads.
• Ensure system updates with agreed milestones.
