The role requires a diploma in Construction Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Candidates should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, an ability to work under pressure, and have their own transport. The role involves inspecting sites, educating workers on safety protocols, and analyzing blueprints to meet specifications.
Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
Analyses blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or work with contractor previously.
Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan and work under pressure.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
