Position: Autism Therapist / Special Education Teacher / Learning Support Aide

Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Position:Full-time

Start Date: ASAP (December) or January 2025

What You’ll Do

• Implement IEPs and ABA therapy goals
• Support communication, cognitive, behavioural, play, and social development
• Conduct individual and group programs
• Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Travel when required for home‑based programs and learning support sessions at international schools

What We’re Looking For

• Male & female candidates may apply
• Master’s / Bachelor’s / Advanced Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech, Counselling, Sports Science, or related fields
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply — training provided
• Experience in ABA, IEPs, OT, or special‑needs education is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in English
• We also seek Mandarin‑speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Patient, warm, energetic, and committed to supporting children and young adults
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Own transport required (for home visits and school‑based support)
