Job description

CHAMBERING STUDENTS

We are looking for vibrant and dedicated chambering pupils to join our team under two departments: Conveyancing and Banking Litigation.

Conveyancing Department:

• Train from the early process of conveyancing matters.
• Meet with and attend client signing.
• Draft the SPA, loan documentation and liaise with banks, land office, and other matters not specified therein with full guidance.

Banking Litigation Department:

• Draft court proceeding documents, including Summon, Bankruptcy Notice, and Judgement Debtor Summons.
• Attend court proceedings and other related matters.

Remuneration: RM1,700 per month and your chambering filing papers will be fully covered by the firm.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

We are looking for an experienced conveyancing clerk with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience to join our conveyancing department. You will oversee the department and train junior clerks under the supervision of a conveyancing lawyer. Fresh staff with no experience are also welcome to apply, but experience is an advantage.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

CONVEYANCING CLERK

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience, but no experience is also welcomed.
• Highly meticulous and organized.
• Willing to teach and train junior clerks.
• Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate with clients, bankers, and land officers.
