Job description

We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Planner fluent in Turkish to deliver strong data analysis and report on the supply hub's operational efficiency to the management team. This role will be reporting to a Planning Lead and will be based in our Capability Centre at Petaling Jaya.

You will play a key role in the order fulfilment process to ensure our customers receive their orders smoothly and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing everything from order entry and administration to shipping. Collaborate with third‑party vendors to guarantee that orders move seamlessly through our systems, all while upholding our high customer service standards.

Your expertise will help maintain optimal inventory levels, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing costs. By leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs), you’ll ensure our operations are both effective and efficient. You’ll also prepare and maintain detailed volume and demand planning analyses, along with supply and production schedules, using both internal and external data. This will enable you to manage our supply chain with precision.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with Business & Plants on all supply enquiries related matters
  • Track & review on Supplier/Plants’ confirmation performance located in different regions
  • Responsible for Purchase Order placement to the plants & suppliers in different regions
  • Provide insights to business on delivery of S&OP number
  • Supply Gap review & provide mitigation options
  • Support preparation and provide data visibility for various supply hub processes.
  • Provide analytics and reporting that support the supply hub objectives and needs.
  • Perform reporting activities and integration work.
  • Provide one‑off data analysis required to aid in measuring specific parts of the supply hub operation.
  • Connect various system outputs and data to aid managers in assessing business situations.
  • SKU Phase‑in Phase‑Out Management
  • Governance on transactional data cleansing.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher‑level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related degree.
  • 3‑5+ years’ experience in integrated Supply Chain, especially in demand and supply planning / inventory planning. Knowledge in integrated supply chain systems, SAP APO DP is ideal.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain process, equipped with necessary analytical and subject matter understanding of the interfaces between demand /supply. Has a good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and a third language, such as Turkish, is preferred to support multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI). Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.
