Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, HS codes, and permit requirements.
  • Guide and supervise team members on customs processes and compliance standards.
  • Implement process controls to maintain efficiency and prevent errors.
  • Monitor and verify documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance and on time submission.
  • Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues promptly.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of customs procedures and regulatory changes.
  • Identify and address discrepancies or non‑compliance in documentation and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for customs processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customs clearance, documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Experience in supervising and managing people.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
