Job summary
A retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual to support e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will manage daily tasks, liaise with logistics teams, and improve customer service standards across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include handling campaign setups, product information preparation, and resolving customer issues. Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics is preferred. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the e-commerce team in daily operations and campaigns.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to manage logistics matters.
- Prepare product information with the merchandising team.
- Collaborate on marketing communications and product descriptions.
- Resolve issues in reports relating to e-commerce orders.
- Provide supporting information for finance reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the business team to standardize operations.
- Proactively implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Act as the focal point for customer queries across platforms.
- Support the e‑commerce team in day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations including campaign set‑up and executive, smooth system functionality across the different online platforms and management systems.
- Assist in logistics matters including day‑to‑day liaison with warehouses, 3PL, store operations, IT team, CS team and logistics team.
- Work with Merchandising team on product information preparation, product activations and deactivation, product tagging, price changes and website product checks.
- Work with Regional Marketing on product descriptions, product images, copywriting, marketing communications support alignment etc.
- Assist in following up on issues or anomalies in reports relating to e‑commerce orders (First Line of contract).
- Work with Finance team on providing supporting information for finance reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the business team to resolve problems and standardize operations processes.
- Solving customer service issues and proactively implementing strategies to improve customer service standards.
- Acts as the focal point to resolve customer issues/queries on the various digital platforms like Social Media, e‑commerce platforms, Website and Mobile app.
