Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and manage the entire process from Sales Order (SO) to Delivery Order (DO).
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) for replenishing low-stock items.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams from goods purchasing to product delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest internal meetings when necessary.
• Report directly to the Senior Sales Executive.

Skills

Fluency in Mandarin
