Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics/freight forwarding or related operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, documentation, and shipment tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Handle end-to-end customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups related to sea, air, and land freight operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, and Finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide clients with timely updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, and operational documents.
  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements and service standards.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our Logistics Operations team. This role is key in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and operational teams, maintaining high service standards, and supporting daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate is experienced in freight forwarding/logistics operations and is able to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
