What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost‑efficient acquisition of materials, equipment and services
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions, while maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, contract agreements and other procurement‑related documentation
  • Monitoring and managing supplier performance, including quality, delivery and compliance
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and address procurement‑related issues and opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date procurement records and reporting on key metrics
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of procurement‑related software and tools
  • Knowledgeable of relevant procurement regulations, policies and best practices
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
