Job summary
A law firm in Klang is seeking a Legal Executive. The successful candidate will manage Sub-Sale, Financing, and Loan Documentation alongside probate and family law documents. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, with strong command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and ensuring accurate documentation. This role requires someone who is responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with CLP or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates without CLP are also encouraged to apply.
- Responsible and meticulous with strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Handle Sub-Sale, Financing and Loan Documentation and other conveyancing matters.
- Prepare and manage documents for probate, family law matters, and applications for order for sale.
- Liaise with clients, banks, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of files and accuracy of documentation.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with CLP or equivalent qualification.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong basic computer skills.
Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
