A leading global energy solutions provider seeks an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process focusing on Direct Labor and non-exempt roles. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure adherence to HR policies, and support new employee onboarding. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a manufacturing background.
Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR fuction with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, particularly Direct Labor (DL) and non-exempt hiring. The role partners closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, execute recruitment strategies, support employee lifecucle activities, and ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
Candidate must willing to work at Penang Science Park, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
