Job summary
A legal firm in Kuantan, Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to assist Lawyers and Partners with Sale & Purchase Agreements and loan documents. The role involves client communication, liaising with banks and governmental bodies, and maintaining file statuses. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, work well under pressure, have a positive attitude, and be ready to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of conveyancing-related work are essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist Lawyers and Partners in preparing Sale & Purchase Agreements and loan documents.
- Communicate with clients, banks, and governmental bodies.
- Liaise with LHDN regarding stamping.
- Maintain and update file status and prepare status reports.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Firm.
