Strategic Sourcing Manager - Industrial Manufacturing
  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives to support business growth and cost efficiency.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high‑value suppliers aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Conduct complex negotiations to secure favorable pricing, long‑term value, and supply stability.
  • Analyze market trends and raw material costs to anticipate changes and optimize sourcing decisions.
  • Drive cost‑reduction strategies through supplier collaboration and process improvements.
  • Manage sourcing activities including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and e‑bidding processes.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Engineering, Quality, Production) to align sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance procurement visibility and agility.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with legal, industry, and internal standards.
  • Represent the company in dealings with government agencies and industry associations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management for new or transferred projects.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Prepare and present sourcing performance reports to senior management.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
