We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boilerman Grade 1 to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a Boilerman Grade 1, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boiler systems, which are crucial to the manufacturing of our high‑quality pharmaceutical products. This is a full‑time position at our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate and monitor the boiler systems to maintain optimal performance and safety
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the boiler systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the boiler systems
• Maintain detailed records and logs of boiler operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with the broader manufacturing team to support the overall production process

What we’re looking for

• Valid Boiler Grade 1 certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining boiler systems in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment
• Strong technical skills and understanding of boiler system mechanics and operations
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues
• Commitment to safety and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
