We are seeking an experienced HR Cum Account Assistant to join our team at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS' in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and accounting functions.
Assist with all human resources‑related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
Provide administrative support to the finance and HR teams
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and accounting policies and procedures
Handle general office duties as required
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR and accounting assistant role
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
