Job description

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Executive to join our team at Botolhub Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This full‑time role will be responsible for handling all purchasing activities for our growing retail business, ensuring a consistent supply of quality products to meet customer demand.

What you'll be doing

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services from both local and international suppliers.

Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and service.

Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and related documentation.

Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to monitor stock levels and plan procurement accordingly.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on outstanding orders.

Assist in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to reduce cost and improve quality.

Prepare and submit purchase reports and analysis to the management.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in a purchasing/procurement role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking supplier.

Knowledge of procurement software will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
