Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a qualified professional to manage industrial projects from feasibility studies to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in AutoCad, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop. Responsibilities include developing project proposals, ensuring compliance, and tracking project deliverables. Proficiency in English is compulsory, and candidates should be willing to travel occasionally.

Job description

Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and layout planning for township and industrial projects.

Develop strategic project proposals with strong USP and profitability, supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Lead industrial projects from KM stage to CCC.

Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure compliance with design and regulatory guidelines.

Manage and maintain technical drawings, layouts plans, and project documentation with proper version control.

Prepare presentation material, reports, sales kits, and proposal documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Track project timelines, support planning and scheduling and follow up on key deliverables.

Continuously improve planning material, drawing standards, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Perform ad hoc tasks and support team members to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil & Structure Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years or relevant experience.

Compulsory English proficiency.

Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah and occasionally need to travel to Jitra/Alor Setar, Kedah.

Experience in Industrial project (bonus).

Ability to interpret drawings and details.

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Strong proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
